...South East Asia is a big place, there's no one "off season" for the whole region. Talking about the most popular destinations, in Thailand there's the Gulf of Thailand side and the Andaman Sea side which have opposing off-seasons. In Bali it's definitely not off season in September.

Plus, lifeguards in SEA?
