For "Cheap" Europe try Budapest, Slovakia, Greece, Portugal, Poland, Montenegro. I've also heard Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia are very cheap and worthwhile to visit as well.
Are these safe? Is it worthwhile to see?
My bucket list is to see the 7 original wonders or new wonders. Anything in the above countries worth seeing?
