I agree with most of those points. Though, they are kind of general.
They could possibly use the census to determine the population who uses cannabis. Match that up with current sales and the difference between the two would be illegal sales.
How is Cannabis different from any other industry? It should be included if it contributes to the economy.
Yeah, JT showed his political inexperience by appointing someone who wouldn't play ball over determining what is best for the national interest.
