The quality has also gone down. Patties are smaller than ever before, dry and overcooked. Some locations are better than others, but it's just not as good as it used to be. IMO that was before. I find their drive thru is sooo slow and their food aint cheap anymore. $15 and im still hungry. i prefer A and W
