If the LEO can put his foot into it... 4" is way too large, but the pipe exiting the muffler & tip should be the same size. Closest to the OEM size pipe. The larger openings of some vehicles is just a cosmetic piece, which covers the pipe inside it. 3" is already pushing it. The key word is
widened Also a larger opening compared to stock would draw attention
