I’m not going to quote the entire previous post but re: veterans - As someone who is currently serving I don’t agree with “they signed up for it”. The government sends troops into dangerous areas on their behalf and injured veterans need lifetime care for their injury related to service. With that said, there are too many people abusing this system which is causing a massive backlog preventing those who need actual care. I could care less which fighter jet we fly, just don’t touch my salary, my benefits and pension.
