Too funny, but trying to use better grammar "Fail" - Using the word "and" after a comma is a crime. Not everyone in this forum have modified vehicles and received "poorly chicken scratched" written VI tickets. There isn't a law, whereas a vehicle has to be "OEM". I agree, LEO can cherry pick anything with anyone and is personally "bias" compromised version of Justice. (Personal Vendetta). Threats only work on Criminals.
