No idea the closest thing is 25.20 but it sure does not resemble that on the ticket so good chance he pulled it out of his ass. He never said anything about it being lowered more than 10cm. If an 86 was lowered 10cm it would be bellow the ground. My suspension lowest setting is -7.6cm which it is far from.
I did want to raise it up ever so slightly when I put my summer wheels back on as I feel it has a little reverse rake which I am not a fan of.
