It sounds like this is a freebie for you, no way the judge is going to impose that fine with the CVSE regulations backing you up and him not even quoting the right part of the manual.

Thanks for info. I will measure mine compared to a stock 86. If I am within the CSVE regulation I would be up for disputing it.
