Can they do you on rear tint? Its only tinted in the rear 3. Might look darker in photo but front windows are stock.
I think it says 2.9(1) : Vehicle not compliant. Trying to read the scribbles so I am not sure what numbers are written. Thats what it looks like...

OEM is actually 215/45/17, not that it would make your car any less legal. Just an FYI xD
