Think how bad it will look when he himself doesn’t know the actual laws and you do and it’s recorded. As for telling you where to get your car inspected? You can go to any licensed facility, otherwise what are all the non dealership licensed facilities for then? Personally if I got a VI for my bmw m-sport suspension and an officer wanted to do a follow up with my dealership, they’d be told to take a hike.
