Yes, I know wheels is not a justification. That's why I'm just wondering if Cain threatened Honda so they just decided they'll only pass bone stock cars.
The wheel thing is stupid too cause if that's the case, all those cars with snow tires on steelies would be illegal too.
My friend said he's going to bring his car with the aftermarket wheels to Honda and basically dare them to fail his VI for having aftermarket wheels.
