The ones that need no license and insurance need to have pedals that you use up to 3km/h and be limited to 32km/h, along with a bunch of other stuff, and then they count as an MAC. There's loads of those but being in bike lanes limited to 32 isn't what we're after, an electric LSM would be in the same category as a Ruckus (need a drivers license and insurance, no pedaling, good up to 70, etc).
The only electric LSM I've found here is the Motorino Super Soco TS, but it's more like a sport bike and I'm trying to find something that looks more like a Vespa.
