I test drove one in Duncan that was $16k a few weeks ago that had no accidents, local, and ~80k on it. Didn't seem to have any noticeable problems. Sold the next day. It wasn't certified, though.
I know I've seen some '14s around $15k w/ 40k-60k kms, but I guess they could've been fake.
Nanaimo Subaru has an '14 ILX Dynamic that I test drove as well. Similar to the Si. It's listed at $15k, but a little higher mileage (100k) and it has a few minor cosmetic blemishes (curb rash, some flaking on the door trim).
Are prices normally cheaper for them on the island than the mainland? Can't say I've really looked at mainland prices, but I have been tracking them for about a year up and down the island.
