PRAISE the LORD. For once i'm so happy the market is tanking; sorry for being a hater. I've grew up with family of realtors, X gf, best buds were all realtors. Some are really lazy as F and really rode the wave. To each its own, now people have to WORK for their commission and really explain why the market is taking a dip. Few things you can't do now (worked few yrs ago) a) pressuring someone to make a decision within 10 hrs by 11:59 PM b) scare tactics c) List with me cause i'm good.
9 out of 10 realtors can't answer "why should I list with you?" Mr/Mrs. Top realtor in BC gets the same ass commission as you, tell me why I should list with you.
Realty hits now, people can't complete their assignments, can't sell, but most of all, a lot of realtors are having a tough time cutting down their expenses.
Remember the days when you see Joe Blow's faces on buses / bus stops etc. all gone; restaurants of all these people enjoying nice meals "networking" with clients... gone.... I've seen ripple effects everywhere now.
