Right, James Bond is James Bond, a 007 agent. The new character is a new character, a different 007 agent.
IMO James Bond, as a character, is outdated and dull. There are plenty of books and movies to look back on and enjoy, but there's nothing wrong with going forward with something more modern now. Be it a man or a woman, black or white, the whole James Bond thing is played out and I'm all for change
