Honestly. Right now at the state of homes, groceries, etc. Any wage is tough to live on. But before the “boom” 15$ an hour is livable u can live off that and with a 300k townhome couple years back.. easilyyyyy. But it is what it is. This is why some would rather just rent “cheape4r” but br able to live freely rather than most going to mortgage
