Still Metro, you have
Shopping/walks after dinner - Metrotown
Greenspace - Central Park is massive and much closer
Kids/Family - park greenspace + daycare are far common
Walkability of metro far surpasses Brentwood
Brentwood will be newer but other than Brentwood malls new update - no major park space, daycares are limited, and the infrastructure/roads are underinvested for the 20+ highrises finishing next 4 years.
There's a reason why Metro is still commanding $1,100/ft vs Brentwood's $850-1000.
