That sounds like where you blow them out, it'll be after the shutoff valve but before the electronic valves for the zone. It'll be pressurized until you turn off the water to the system inside the house. Whoever you hire to blow it out should know what to do though, they'll need the water off and usually want access to the controller to open one zone at a time.
