I don’t know anything about this guy. It seems to me he is trying to pull a Trump style campaign in the immigration department. I’m sure it will sway some people.

If you don’t read between the lines, their are some valid reasons for his plan.

Canada needs immigrants. A lot of them. Their is no reason why there shouldn’t be a good screening process in place with some possible short term restrictions. We live in a great place. Pick from the best. It’s unfortunate some in the past have taken advantage of the current system to require such restrictions. But that’s life, people suck.
