I figured given the many AirBnB in big resorts, there should be no problem finding a reliable cleaning company to clean it up every time guests check out.
And just going to install a smart key solution like August or something so access can be granted remotely.
I'm just curious about the occupancy rate should one decide to rent it out on a full time basis.
I think if I were to get it, it's to bring the kids on the weekends (leaving Friday afternoon and come back on Sunday). And as long as it's within the distance, I'm ok.
