Tire Rack does not have a Bellingham branch, or branches in general. They do not have a physical store. You would need to ship them to one of the partner installers (tire shops) and have them installed there if that is your plan. Another way to do it is to go to Discount Tire and buy/install there in person. They will price match Tire Rack if Tire Rack is cheaper.
