Just because the environments there doesn't mean ppl know how to make use of it though.. You've got to lead people by the hand for them to get it sometimes.
Just like kids at school, not everyone can read the textbook and get it, sometimes it needs to be read to them for them to understand, doesn't mean they're stupid, because they can excel once theyve learned, just means they need a hand.
