Have you been wearing it often? Try shaking it side to side (dial up) to wind it. The SKX007 don't have hand/manual winding, so you gotta shake and wear it to wind it.

@HonestTea, you must have either the model wrong or the fact that you replaced the battery wrong. The SKX007 is a automatic mechanical watch. It does not have a battery and is powered by the movement of your wrist.

I've bought a few things from cheapestnatostraps. The quality was.. about what I expect from a site called 'cheapest nato straps'. I thought it was decent for the price. I had the stitching of one strap come loose, and they replaced it no problem and even threw in another free strap for my problems.
