I thought there were going to be annual increases under the old system anyways. Making it a bit hard to tell what you would be paying now if the system hadn't changed.

Even the shittiest vehicles stock brakes should be able to lock up the tires for an emergency stop, if they can't they need to be fixed. If you're making enough emergency stops in a row that stock brakes would be cooked and a BBK are making a difference you're doing something wrong lol.
