It's fine to elect someone with ingrained hatred and "backwards beliefs"??

Anyone with automatic hatred (your word) of people for their sexual orientation, gender, race, religion, anything - should be shunned by society and removed from any position of authority. "reflecting the will of people" who share these feelings is the last thing Canada needs.
