It's so hard to get people to look at the facts once the narratives are out there and people adopt them as "truth"
I have this issue when talking to people about looking at the actual issues and policies. They just say "well, they are a racist" there's no conversation after that and other wise. As much as I do not align with the Liberal party I always try to get down to the actual policies that would affect me, this does not seem to be the way a lot of people look at these.
My facebook is full of friends that condemn people for even considering voting Conservative or PPC. I wish there was a way to convince people to look at the facts, and have them build their own narrative about the parties/politicians. I am not telling people to not vote Liberal, I am saying that if I don't vote liberal, I have my reasons for it that are based on my research.
