Started meal prepping breakfast this week - making a bunch of Frittatas over the weekend and microwaving in the morning works for me.
I've usually got.....
- Kale/Spinach/Broccoli
- Bell Peppers
- Onion
- Turkey Bacon/Ham/Roast Beef
Thinking of adding some carbs back in.... maybe Fibre1 Cereal?
