Anyways my parents are selling their house and are looking for the proper documents to serve the tenant. The form on this website doesn't indicate an option to end tenancy for selling. Only mentions taking over for family or renovations etc. Can anyone help guide or steer me in the right direction so I could assist my parents in evicting their tenants. Thanks.
