Why try to budget balance and cut programs and funds coz if you do no one will vote for you. Instead just spend spend spend and let the next guy clean up after you since is elections every 4 years no point in being responsibility for the next gen.
Instead just spend as much as you run the country into debt that way you can buy votes.
