I have been noticing there are a lot of open house near my area (some even in the apartment as I am living in). Strange though the price seems to be higher than when I purchase my unit and my was at a higher floor. Decided to check out some of the open house in my apartment. Face the same direction, same sq ft, lower floors, no renos have been done yet they are asking more than when my apartment was posted on the market last year before I purchase. Not sure what's the deal is...
