TIL salt nic is fucking me up.

I got my final set of wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, so that meant no smoking. This morning, I had no caffeine, no proper food, and no nicotine, and the whole day it felt like I was coming down with a fever.

I felt super cloudy, no appetite to eat, no energy. I got home and took a puff (even though im not supposed to), and everything got better.

So, nicotine withdrawal symptoms occur with salt nic/pods. When I was still on 3 or 6 nic, this didn't happen - I could quit whenever.
