Yeah I think it's about that time, I had other realtors I could use that were actually part of extended family but didn't do that because I wanted to keep it all business. The only issue I have is I actually like these guys as people, get along well with them would have a beer with them but I'm not all that happy with their work.
I'll setup a meeting this week and give them the good news.
