What's seized on the caliper? Parking brake? Pins? Piston?
Pads and rotors should definitely be done in pairs. I'd do both calipers as well. Guide pins are also cheap. Then add the cost of fluid and shop supplies. Rough and dirty, $400-500 in parts..
