First time I did my brakes I had to do all 4 rotor and pads as Mission road track ate up m OEM brakes, and I was warned it would do this.
It was a hot summer day and it took me about 5-6 hours for all 4 corners, I was double checking my work, getting a buddy who was working on his car to double check my work and slowly and surely made sure I did everything right, I was upgrading pads and rotors for my next track day so I wanted to make sure everything was 100%. The amount of minor problems/issues I faced. I felt, I didn't have enough experience and kept saying to myself "I should've just paid someone to do this". But with the help of my friend that kept pushing me along and I finally completed the job.
Move forward to a few months down the road when my GF gets a new used car that needs to replace the front brakes. I said to my self "I Got this"

Bought a set of pads and rotors for about $250, and had at her. This job took me 1.5 hours, did it right after work and was fighting the light, again it was only the 2nd time ever doing brakes, but I had more confidence this time and finished with time to spare.
