Don't get me wrong, i thought it was a good movie. I just feel like with it being such an awesome piece of automotive history that it could have been a great movie.
But i get it, they've gotta sell tickets.
I'm probably just biased against big name Hollywood movies. Or maybe i had higher expectations i dunno.
It's funny, this was the first movie I'd gone to the theater to see in over fifteen years. Our dealer rented it out for all employees plus one.
A lot has changed. Gone were those tiny uncomfortable flip up seats with nowhere to put your drinks and popcorn.
I thought for sure I'd fall asleep (like i often do watching movies) within twenty minutes sitting in the cushy leather motorized reclining lazyboys that'd replaced them.
But yea, it kept good pace. And no doubt the cinematography while driving was very well done.
A good movie. Just not the whole package for my taste.
