Vaping shatter in the washroom with the fan on is my goto method for now.

I would still be wary of shatter; as others have already mentioned, it's still a solvent-based extraction method and based on how good the extractor's methods/equipment are you may still have residuals left which could be harmful for you. Not to say solventless extractions don't have it's own issues (if the plant was not flushed properly before extraction, you could also end up with pesticides) but in general, just go with known names or trustworthy companies
