I've saw shatter that they've tried re-using a whole old pile of already processed cannabis plant,there was bits of plant inside the shatter and almost tar black in color,they still packaged it and tried getting away with it.
nasty shit,that was only the start & now there is Tree Sap being used as a filler,i have no idea how dealers stay alive if someone is gonna dose you like that or pretty much rob you with low grade like that...i'd be pissed,I've only saw this on videos from USA's,their Rig was completely white with that crap,and mouth
its bullshit where some of the black market is going,moldy basement grows,poor production,no effort or love...Its like Meth heads are growing just to try keep their habit for harder drugs.
