A month into my daily CBD dose, about 10 days ago I went up from 20mg to about 30mg per day. I also have stopped drinking and blazing during this time so it’s not exactly a “controlled” experiment, as I’m sure alcohol causes crazy inflammation lol
However, since I upped it to 30mg I’ve pretty much not noticed my previous back tension at all. I have a slightly herniated disc in my lower lumbar which I’ve had to actively maintain to relieve pain and tightness through the gym and stretching and usually even with the maintenance I usually end up feeling it tweak here and there or feel it get tight throughout the day. Since about 15 days ago I haven’t noticed it once
