no one called him out for being poor. he got called out for spending what little extra pocket money he had (or literally his last dollars apparently) on a flashing brake light and to make his car louder? sure people can do whatever they want with their money, but as it's been said a thousand times before, it's pay to play. i just don't understand how this is a sob story of some guy down on his luck. why pay for attention grabbing mods and then act surprised when police take notice of said mods. this isn't some stock wrx getting VIed cause cop wanted to find something to ticket him on. nor is it a surprise. the police crackdown has been on the news and how old is this thread? guy has been here since 2004 too?
i guess if i get a VI i'll come crying here about how poor i am and that'll be that. just gotta leave the street racing out of it.
