i got a 650$ " coupon" as the police officer called it for driving on a D plate at 10pm at night. Driving with no valid insurance. He thought i was not allowed to drive at night since i'm not on a test drive. Disputed it and never got a court date as it was obviously dismissed after he checked the rules. i got a "break" for not towing my car - His words.
