Yeah this was more about wrapping everything up over everything. What little character development there was - like with Poe Dameron - seems like.. why bother? It's the last movie! We know more about Poe now but so what?

And yeah that ship scene...

I was almost LOLing especially with the music. Also the kiss at the end. Since when was their connection romantic?
