We know how long that will take ... until then, they got to find a solution. They tried snow socks (something that goes over the wheels of buses for traction) ... obviously it didn't work. It's amateur hour at Translink.

How about equipping a small fleet of buses (4-6) with snow tires that when you know snow is coming, they do the SFU route so people don't get stuck up there.
Then last year (remember?) ... one or two of the lines got snow on the rails and had to be shut down. Didn't people have to get out and walk to next station? At Canada line, they had to use buses to get passengers from Bridgeport to Marine.
