This is going to sound insensitive, but I urge people to avoid places that are really popular with mainland tourists. This isn't to "blame" a certain group, but when literally 98% of all cases have been from people from one city, and the other 2% are from a neighbouring city, you have to keep that in consideration. This will lower your risk, it won't eliminate it.

There have been I think 8 secondary infections outside China (ie. someone from Wuhan infected locals in other countries) and I think that's a pretty low number. In every case except two (two tour guides on a bus in Japan) these have been family members of Wuhan travelers.
One of the German cases was a wuhan resident infecting her coworker/business meeting partner.
