I can’t fathom how any self-respecting law enforcement official could, with a straight face, tell this chubby broke ass college freshman driving a faded Corolla on Cambodian Tire hubcaps, that his fuel sipping miserly heap of reliability is a menance to society, while holding up a dB meter to his face and saying that his rusted out exhaust is hurting people’s eardrums.

I don’t care if mayor whatever of Vancouver secretly told you to crack down on modded cars cause of rich whiny Shaugnessy pricks donating thirty batrillion zillion to your party last year.

I just want to be able to drive my car in Vancouver without being harassed by a power tripping cop who wants to seize every opportunity to stick his karaoke mic up my tailpipe and tow my car.
