So Japan sent about 90 people onboard that cruise ship for testing, etc, but didn't test anyone after they got off the ship. Their reason is that "if they tested them and found too many tested positive, there would be no way to get all the work done" (really this is the most Japanese thing I have ever heard)

So now they have 90 people who were exposed to this INSANELY contagious virus, and haven't quarantined or tested them.

So far 4 of them that did get sick have tested positive
