we'll see if it sells this time - it's the 3rd try for this owner in the past year. FYI to those who might not know - collector plates are not transferable. Just because it qualified whenever this guy got them doesn't mean it will now. New owners have to re-apply from scratch.

i do agree that would be close to the number if this was a factory manual car, with service records and no rust.
