Obviously I haven't looked at the back end I know there are tips but I haven't got a clue if it's straight pipped so my answer to him was "I don't know"

He said a whole bunch of other stuff, I do have a video of the interaction however I need to speak to BMW Canada first. If they are going to get lawyers involved I don't want to release any video without their consent.
That's some condescending bullshit. How is that kind of conduct "professional"?
