Turns out that the WHO thinks all countries should be like this

praised countries like Hong Kong and Singapore for "measures that have not involved walling off cities or completely banning travel that have been very effective in both suppressing and driving transmission down."
So which is it?
To make matters worse, after all the pandering to China, possibly helping to make this a bigger threat than it needed to be, China is talking about making
their own version of the WHO.
