That's one reason I'm kinda shying away from condos at the moment. I've personally been seeing 10% increases year over year for strata fees with no extra services being provided. + The thing where stratas wanting sky high insurance deductibles that you can't even buy coverage for.
so I'm really not sure what's gonna happen with that. You're at least paying $350 for a 600sq for maintenance
